The Fairbury American Legion Speedway is proud to announce that they will work together with the American Modified Series to sanction the 1st Annual Modified Nationals paying $5,000 to win on Labor Day weekend. The series, which is based in southern Indiana, will bring the best of the UMP southern Modifieds vs. the best that UMP has in the Midwest and locally for a weekend that Modified drivers will be talking about all year. Series officials have announced that Spoon River Speedway will also host the American Modified Series on Sunday, September 1st paying $5,000 to win as well. Also in the works, series officials and the FALS are continuing the search for a third track to make the richest weekend in Illinois Modified history come true. This track, which will be run on Friday, August 30th, will be announced soon. All the details and payouts for the Modified Nationals will be posted soon.
Registration is free and will allow you to get updates from FALS leading up to the Modified Nationals weekend.
