The Fairbury American Legion Speedway is a 1/4 mile semi-banked dirt oval located in Fairbury, Illinois at the Fairbury fairgrounds. The track is operated by the local American Legion, in a largely volunteer system of neighborhood folks who put their time and effort into trying to provide a top-notch dirt track facility for fans throughout the Midwest.

The tracks weekly divisions consist of the United Midwestern Promoters (UMP) Late Model division as the premier class, the UMP Modifieds, and the UMP Sportsman division. On a number of occasions throughout the season, Fairbury will also play host to the UMP Hornet division, a division of production-based 4-cylinder street cars adhering to stringent guidelines on performance, marking a true return of an "affordable" entry-level division. For the first time since 2002 the track will also host the UMP Street Stock division a few nights in 2008.

The track will run a number of high profile events including the UMP Summernationals for touring late models, as well as specials in each division throughout the year, and concluding the season with the annual running of one of Illinois' premier nostalgia late model races, the Prairie Dirt Classic.
